Gas chemical nanosensors with sensitive
elements based on carbon nanotubes.
Analysis of development during last years. Part 1 |

Results of development during last ten years of gas chemical
nanosensors with the sen-sitive elements based on carbon
nanotubes are submitted in the review. The developed devices
are systematized according to construction features of their
sensitive elements. Thus four nanosensor groups are defined.
Group 1 is devices sensitive elements of which have a covering
only from carbon nanotubes. Group 2 is nanosensors with
the sensitive elements containing a covering from carbon
nanotubes and an external layer of other material. Group 3 is
devices sensitive elements of which have a covering from a
composite based on carbon nanotubes. Group 4 is nanosensors
with the sensitive ele-ments containing a covering from a
composite based on carbon nanotubes and an exter-nal
layer of other material. Construction features and analytical
abilities of devices of group 1 are demonstrated in the first
part of the review. The second part of the review is devoted to
consideration of construction features and analytical abilities of
the nanosen-sors that are included in groups 2, 3 and 4.
