Gas chemical nanosensors with sensitive
elements based on carbon nanotubes.
Analysis of development during last years |

Development results of gas chemical nanosensors with sensitive
elements based on carbon nanotubes during last ten years
are submitted. The systematization of developed devices according
to construction features of their sensitive elements is
carried out. The analytical opportunities of these nanosensors
are determined and the existing regularities are marked. In particular,
the ability of gas chemical nanosensors with sensitive elements
based on carbon nanotubes for a determination of the
big number of organic and inorganic chemical compounds is
demonstrated. The influence of thickness, morphology and composition
of a covering of sensitive elements of these devices on
sensitivity and selectivity of carried out measurements, response
time, recovery time and other technical characteristics of nanosensors
is shown.
