Chucheva Effective ways of impact on semiconductor electronic information are considered. The most perspective combined method of destruction of information, providing simultaneous realization of several ways of influence is defined. The device for information destruction from carriers on the basis of chips with non-volatile memory, in which the offered method is realized, is considered. Results of the carried-out tests of the developed device confirmed the reliability of deleting of information from flash devices.
