Mityagina G.V. Chucheva A.E.O. Nabiyev The estimation of efficiency indicators of photo detector based on ferroelectric and diamond thin-film are presented in the article. The power of the optical radiation in the UF and IR photo detectors is carried out. Detection probability of the object with the performance objectives is defined.
