Shepelev We described the design of a multi-element radiation detector based on the diamond. Device format is 128 × 128 of pixels. The device includes two types of pixels. Working range of one type pixels is 0.19...0.22 microns and of another type is 0.24...2 microns. The device can be to form combined to form (UV Visible IR) image format of 128 × 128 pixels, or separately 90 and 91 pixel images in the range of sensitivity of pixels. We discuss ways to improve the characteristics of the device by changing its design and electrode materials.
