Analysis of development of gas chemical nanosensors with sensitive elements based on copper oxides |

Results of development of gas chemical nanosensors with the sensitive
elements based on copper oxides are submitted in the review.
The developed devices are systematized according to construction
features of their sensitive elements. Thus, three nanosensor groups
are defined. Group 1 is devices sensitive elements of which have a
covering only from copper oxide. Group 2 is nanosensors with the
sensitive elements containing a covering from copper oxide and
an external layer of other material. Group 3 is devices sensitive elements
of which have a covering from the composite based on copper
oxide. Analytical abilities of the listed nanosensor groups are
demonstrated. Typical regularities are marked. In particular, ability
of these devices to determination of the big number of inorganic
and organic chemical compounds is presented. Influence of morphology
and composition of a covering and also temperature of
sensitive element on sensitivity and selectivity of measurements,
response time and recovery time is shown.
