Investigation of metal-dielectric nanomaterials obtained by the thermal decomposition of
metal organic compounds |

The structure and composition of the metal-dielectric nanomaterials
obtained by the thermal decomposition of compositions
on the basis of bis-ethylbenzol chromium and alcoholats
Nb, Ta, V, Ti ,Si, Al are investigated. It is established that the
obtained filmy and powdery materials are the amorphous or
polycrystalline formations of solid solutions or glass on basis
chromium, Cr2O3 and oxides elements of the alcoholats. The
uncommon properties of films (hardness, stability to abrasion
and action of etching agents) are explained by the presence in
films nanoparticles of complex composition. It is established
that the size, composition, structure of nanoparticles strongly
depend with conditions of the process thermal decomposition
and the like of the utilized compositions on the basis of
metal organic compounds, and also on their relationship in
the composition.
