Prokhorov Annotation << Back Definition of reserves of increase of production efficiency due to secondary construction building resources Lunev G.G. in the article the questions of methodology of complex use of secondary building resources (SBR) in the context of improving the efficiency of production through reduction of material costs in the final product cost. The main methodological approach to the integrated use of SBR is that recycling should not begin at the stage of education and data collection, and at all stages of the decision on the beginning of reconstruction of the object to the stage of rest waste disposal on the bases, firing ranges. The conceptual model of the system of complex use of secondary building resources (SKI SBR) is that the process of SBR is considered as a complex dynamic system consisting of several subsystems, which are indivisible and are in constant mutual communication. The calculation of the total benefits from the use of SBR conduct material, social, ecological and scientific-technical spheres of options in using quantitative indicators, which for a complete analysis should be complemented by the calculation of qualitative indicators. Experts in the field of use of secondary construction resources propose to change the current system of waste management: to legislate basic principles and mechanism of the waste management; develop monitoring system operational situation and have prediction information about the characteristicsof the process treatment of SBR at all stages; the individual approach to handle different types of secondary construction resources: civil, structural and equipment; develop and implement a modern resource-saving, ecologically friendly technologies to modernize and develop new processing equipment and production processes at all stages of SBR. The program for dealing with the secondary construction resources is a set of interrelated activities affecting the organizational - economic, technical-technological and socio - psychological aspects of the treatment of SBR, designed for medium and long term and contribute to improving economic, environmental and social indicators, the growth of scientific-technical and production potential, and, consequently, sustainable development of the region. It is recommended to involve the various sources of funding for the use of SBR, providing the highest return on investment, attract to the solution of problems of utilization of secondary construction resources of all participants in the process of their circulation, as well as government agencies scientific research institutes, venture capital organizations, enterprises for production of processing equipment, investors and other Implementation of a program for integrated management of SBR will contribute to the solution of economic, environmental, scientific-technical and social challenges in disaster production costs of material resources for the needs of the region, reducing the time and complexity of the cycle on processing building waste, establishment of regional centres for complex processing of HRV (SBR), reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere, soil, water, as well as to reduce the cost of conducting the conservation measures.
