Miroshnikova The development of infrared optoelectronic systems based on photovoltaic semiconductor devices are analysed. Particular attention is paid to the photoresistors and photodiodes based on lead chalcogenides and indium antimonide. The role of L.N. Kurbatov as the lider of the implementation of optoelectronic systems based on narrow-gap semiconductors is shown.
