Features of propagation X-ray in nanosize slits |

Experimental schematic study of peculiarities propagation for X-ray quasimonochromatic radiation flux through the planar extended slit clearance formed by planar polished quartz plates in conditions of the distance variation between them is presented. The experimental data allowed to propose the existence of new specific mechanism for propagation the X-ray fluxes in slit clearances with nanosize width – the mechanism of waveguide-resonance radiation propagation. The simple model of the mechanism is connected with an appearing the uniform interference field of X-ray standing wave in total space of the slit clearance. The construction of X-ray nanophotonic device functioned in frame of the mechanism: the planar X-ray waveguide-resonator (PXWR) is discussed. Special attention is devoted to description of PXWR properties and to discussion of ways to increasing of it practical efficiency.
