News Academy of Engineering Sciences A.M. Prokhorov Annotation << Back ON THE REPRESENTATION OF THE LORENTZ GROUP IN THE SYMPLECTIC SYMMETRY SP (16) G.B. POPKOV Spinor presentation of the general Lorentz group in the local symplectic symmetry, explicitly taking into account parity violation and combined parity, has been built. When constructing the group the idea was used of fl avour quarks as atom-like structures in which the color charge of a quark is compensated by an anti-charge of the gluon transporting electric and color charge, or two gluons with complementary colors, and the assumption that the Dirac matrices commute with the operators mixing colored quarks. It is shown that the combined parity violation is connected with the asymmetry of the electromagnetic and strong interactions. Keywords: symplectic symmetry, Lorentz group, combined parity.
