THE VISUALIZATION OF MICROWAVE FIELDS AND SIGNALS FLOW. THE CONTACTLESS MEASURING TECHNOLOGIES AND DEVICES |

Were was considered the breakthrough laser technology for the contactless nonperturbative measurements providing unique 2D and 3D visualization of microwave fi elds and signals flow and allowing to accelerate and reduce the price considerably of process of development of the hi-tech and science intensive equipment, and also to automate labor-intensive or expensive processes of testing and adjustment of the GHz-THz equipment. It is necessary to accentuate one of the main advantages of the
off ered method. Unlike oscilloscopes such system allows by the contactless way to take measurements in any point of the
studied object, practically without infl uencing its work as the sizes of a dielectric electrooptical probe can be reduced to 10
microns. The contactless generator which can give a signal into the necessary point of the scheme and test structure directly on
the chip can be entered into the measuring scheme. Thus only the contactless technology of measurements gives the chance of direct test of calculation model and an exception of random errors at production of well calculated elements.
