OKSENGENDLER, M. MARASULOV The model of recently experimentally detected «sharp increase in the photocurrent» in solar cells based on «quantum dotpolymer » composites is presented. The model is based on the representation of resonant tunneling of charge carriers through the local level of the organic layer between the quantum dot and the polymer matrix.
