INFLUENCE OF DIODE IRRADIATION FACTORS ON MORPHOLOGICAL AND FUNCTIONAL INDICES OF TEST-OBJECT CRUSTACEAN DAPHNIA MAGNA |

The infl uence factors of single exposure LED matrix, a source of low-intensity light fl ux with a wavelength of 466 nm, fertility, body size and quality of the progeny of freshwater
invertebrate Daphnia magna Straus. The combined eff ect of light and electromagnetic pulse generated by the operating device, capable of varying body size and fecundity of irradiated
animals compared to the control samples, as well as lead to the birth of an abnormal and quickly dying young. Screening of the fl ux at the exposure resulted in inhibition of growth of crustaceans, reduced fertility. Perhaps diode light can provide a partial corrective action and to stimulate fertility irradiated
specimens, but its impact is not able to prevent the occurrence of abnormal fry. The presented results indicate that by using
physiotherapeutic means should be evaluated and the role of possible impacts associated factors, in particular, does not take into account electromagnetic fi elds.
