GAS CHEMICAL NANOSENSORS WITH SENSITIVE ELEMENTS BASED ON COBALT OXIDE |

Results of development of gas chemical nanosensors with the sensitive elements based on cobalt oxide are submitted in the article. The developed devices are systematized
according to construction features of their sensitive elements. Thus, two nanosensor groups are defi ned. Group 1 is devices sensitive elements of which have a covering only from cobalt oxide. Group 2 is nanosensors with the sensitive elements containing a covering from the composite based on cobalt
oxide. Analytical abilities of the listed device groups are demonstrated. Typical regularities are marked. In particular,
ability of these nanosensors to determination of rather big number of inorganic and organic chemical compounds is presented. Infl uence of morphology and composition of
a covering and also temperature of sensitive element on sensitivity and selectivity of measurements, response time and recovery time is shown.
